Description

Rise Above helps you keep that PMA (positive mental attitude) when you’re feeling down. Many of the herbs in this blend support the nervous system and it’s response to stress, while uplifting mood to support you in feeling Really Really Happy. It has a light grapefruity flavor with a touch of minty spice.

 

Ingredients:

Lemon Balm, Oat Straw, Damiana, Spearmint, Hibiscus, Skullcap, Love + Punk Rock

1.2 OZ LOOSE HERB BY WEIGHT 

USE 1 TBSP. PER CUP OF RECENTLY BOILING LIQUID. STEEP 15-30 MINUTES, STRAIN AND SWEETEN AS DESIRED. 2-4 CUPS DAILY, AS NEEDED.
